ZARZA BREWING

Texas tradition since 2013

ABOUT US

Our Story

Zarza Brewing Co. was founded in 2013 as the first microbrewery in the city of Loja by two dual citizens (US-Ecuador) and an American expat. Since its founding, Zarza has been offering high quality beers alongside great pub grub in a friendly atmosphere. Our goal is to provide high-quality dining experiences in a space where friends and family can gather, play games and have fun.
